1. General

• By booking an appointment or enrolling on a course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2. Client/Student Responsibilities

• You must provide full, accurate medical and personal information before treatment or training.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment or training if it is unsafe to proceed.

3. Booking, Payment, and Refunds

• Clinic appointments: 50% non-refundable deposit required.
• Training courses: £200 deposit for courses under £1,000, £500 deposit for courses over £1,000 (non-refundable).
• Final balance:
  • Clinic: due at your appointment.
  • Academy: due 5 days before your course.

• No refunds under any circumstances once booked.
• Clinic cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
• Training reschedules allowed once with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

4. Late Arrivals

• Clinic: 15+ minutes late may result in loss of appointment and deposit.
• Academy: Late arrival may result in missed course and no refund.

5. Age Policy

• All clients and students must be 18 years or older.

6. Certificates (Academy Only)

• Certificates are awarded on the day if competence is shown.
• Certificates may be withheld if further training is needed.

7. Photo and Video Consent

• Photos and videos may be taken for marketing and training purposes unless you opt out in writing before your appointment or course.

8. Complaints

• Complaints must be made in writing by email within 7 days.
• We aim to respond within 14 working days.

9. GDPR and Data Protection

• Your personal information is securely stored and never shared without consent.
• You may request to view, amend, or delete your data at any time.
