Age Restrictions

• You must be 18 or over to book or attend any treatment, training course, or model appointment.
• We may ask for photo ID. If you can’t prove your age when asked, we reserve the right to refuse your appointment or course.

Medical History & Suitability

• It’s your responsibility to disclose your full medical history before treatment or training. This includes:
  • Any medications or supplements
  • Allergies or previous reactions
  • Ongoing medical conditions
  • Recent surgeries or procedures

• Failure to do so can mean your appointment or course is cancelled on the day with no refund, and may put your health at risk.
• Not all treatments are suitable for everyone — if we think a treatment is unsafe or not right for you, we’ll explain why and may decline to go ahead.

Consent Forms

• Consent is compulsory for every treatment, even for model appointments.
• You’ll be asked to complete a consultation form and medical history form before any procedure.
• Students are responsible for ensuring their models complete all required forms before treatment starts.

Photos & Social Media

• We take before & after photos for insurance, training, and marketing purposes.
• These may be shared on our social media or used in training material.
• You’ll be asked to give photo consent beforehand — but even if you decline marketing use, we may still require photos for legal or educational documentation.
• Treatments may not go ahead without photographic evidence, especially in model sessions.

Late Arrivals

• Please turn up on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you, especially if it delays other clients, students, or the running of a class.
• This applies to treatments, model slots, and training courses.

Right to Refuse

• We reserve the right to refuse any treatment, course place, or appointment if we feel it’s not safe, not suitable, or if you’re behaving in a way that’s disrespectful, rude, or inappropriate.
• This includes turning up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, refusing to fill out forms, or not following aftercare or instructions.

Model Treatment Disclaimer

• All model treatments are performed in a training environment, meaning:
  • Results may take longer than usual
  • Procedures are carried out by students under close supervision
  • Outcomes may vary — this is reflected in the reduced price

• By booking as a model, you agree to this and understand you are receiving treatment in a learning environment.

Prescription-Only Medication (POMs)

• Some treatments require a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber — this is a legal requirement.
• If you fail to attend your prescribing appointment, we legally cannot proceed with treatment.
• This applies even if you’ve paid in full or booked in as a model.

Attending Your Appointment or Course

• Please attend alone unless we’ve discussed otherwise and I’ve confirmed it’s okay.
• For safety, insurance, and privacy reasons, extra guests — including friends, family members, partners or children — are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
• Anyone turning up with an unapproved guest may be refused entry, and the appointment or course may be cancelled on the spot.

• Terms & Conditions are reviewed regularly and may be updated at any time.
• The most up-to-date version will always be available on request or through our website.

Agreement

By booking any appointment, model slot or training course with Perfect Technique Aesthetics, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.

Additional consent forms and medical forms will still be sent prior to your appointment or course, but this agreement stands at the point of booking.
